A Reload Bonus is a cash bonus that is unlocked in multiple parts rather than all at once. Each portion becomes available after a set waiting period, allowing you to claim the bonus in stages until the full amount is received.

For example, if you receive a 100 EUR Reload Bonus to claim 25 EUR every 24 hours for 4 times, in this case it will be split into four claims of 25 EUR each. You can claim the first 25 EUR immediately, then you must wait 24 hours to claim the next 25 EUR, and so on until all four parts are claimed.

Once you receive a reload, you can claim it from the Rewards modal.

It is possible to have multiple Reload Bonuses active at the same time. If you do, simply use the dropdown menu to switch between your available reloads.

Once you successfully claim a portion of your Reload Bonus, you will be able to see the countdown showing when your next claim becomes available.

The Reload section will disappear once all available claims have been collected.

Yes, a Reload Bonus has an overall expiration time. For example, if your Reload allows you to claim 25 EUR every 24 hours for a total of four claims, the entire bonus will expire 4 days after it was created.
This means that if a claim becomes available and you do not claim it within the required 24-hour window, the Reload will expire before you can collect all four parts, and any unclaimed amounts will be permanently lost.
