What is a pending withdrawal?
A pending withdrawal refers to a withdrawal request that has been submitted but is still awaiting approval from our team. During this stage, the withdrawal can be canceled, and the funds will be promptly returned to your account.
Once we approve the withdraw, then it can not be canceled.
How to cancel a pending withdraw?
Step 1.
Open your transactions history page inside your profile
Step 2.
Filter your transactions by "Withdrawals" type
Step 3.
Locate the PENDING withdrawal and you will find a CANCEL button, by just clicking on the cancel button the withdraw will be canceled and the funds will be returned into your balance.
