Withdrawing via bank transfer is simple. Before you begin, ensure that you have completed KYC Level 1 and 2 (Identity Verification) and have your IBAN (International Bank Account Number) ready.
If you don't have an IBAN, request it from your bank, as it’s necessary for receiving funds.
Once you've met these requirements, follow the steps below:
Step 1.
Start by accessing your wallet by clicking on the "Wallet" button located at the top center of the page.
Step 2.
Select the withdraw page.
Step 3.
Select the fiat currency you wish to withdraw. You can choose between USD, EUR, or CAD, depending on the available balance in your wallet. Once you've selected the currency, click on "Continue."
In this example, we will be selecting EUR.
Step 4.
Select the "Bank" option.
Step 5.
Provide the following information:
Amount of the withdraw, as you can see the minimum withdraw amount is of 20€ and the max amount is of 5,000€.
IBAN, make sure your IBAN number is correct.
Beneficiary Name, this is your full name as it shown on your bank account.
Step 6.
Once you have filled all of required information, go ahead and click on "Withdrawal"
Your withdrawal request has been submitted. Please wait patiently while it is reviewed and processed by our team. Withdrawals are approved throughout the day. After approval, it may take up to 3 business days for your bank to receive and process the funds.
