The Vault feature offers players a secure way to manage their funds by separating them from their main wallet balance.

Players can transfer funds to the Vault for safekeeping and back to their wallet when needed. However, once funds are moved to the Vault, there is a 30-minute cooldown period before the unlock feature becomes available. This system helps players protect their funds and encourages better financial management by keeping their playing balance separate from their reserved funds.

Moving funds to and from the Vault is quick and hassle-free. There are no fees, no minimum or maximum transfer amounts, and no limits on the number of times you can use this feature.

To open the vault, click on vault icon in the top right corner next to your username.

Select the currency from which you would like to lock funds. Only currencies with available balance will be visible.

Enter the amount you wish to lock, you can find your total balance available to lock visible where it say MAX

Click on Lock Funds.

And that is it, your funds has been moved into the vault. Now you have to wait 30 minutes before being able to unlock any funds.

You can always lock more funds, however remember that whenever you lock any amount, the timer to unlock will reset to 30 minutes.

Before attempting to unlock funds, ensure that your Vault is not in cooldown mode. During the 30-minute cooldown period, a countdown timer will be displayed over the unlock button, and the button will remain disabled until the cooldown ends.

Select the currency from which you would like to unlock funds. Only currencies with available balance inside the vault will be visible.

Enter the amount you wish to unlock, you can find your total vault balance available to unlock visible where it say MAX

Click on Lock Funds.

And that’s it! Your funds will be transferred from the Vault to your main balance instantly. You can unlock any amount as often as you like without triggering a cooldown. Keep your funds safe and secure with the Vault feature.
