In here you can view all of your bets combined, or separated in categories.
Open Bets: bets that hasn't been settled yet
Won: Your winning bets
Lost: Your lost bets
Cashed Out: Bets where you had cashed out
Canceled / Refund: Bets that has been canceled or refunded.
If you have any questions or concerns about a bet that hasn’t been settled, canceled, or if you have a general inquiry, always make sure to copy the Ticket ID and share it with our support team. The Ticket ID allows us to quickly and efficiently check the status of your bet. Example:
