If you lost your 2FA or broke your mobile, you have two options:
Option 1:
Restore 2FA manually if you saved the secret key during activation.
When you activate your 2FA, you scan the QR code with your authenticator app to add the account. We also provide you with a 2FA secret key and recommend saving it for future restoration. If you have the secret key or the QR code saved, you can re-add the account to your authenticator app, effectively restoring your 2FA.
Option 2:
If you did not save the QR code or the secret key, and you’ve lost both, your only option is to contact our support team and request the manual removal of your 2FA. This will allow you to enable it again.
