Copy the provided address and make sure your deposit meets the following criteria to ensure that it's successful, mistakes during depositing may lead to loss of funds, for this ensure you have the following correct:

  1. Deposit address: Ensure that you copy the deposit address accurately and in full. Even a single typo or a missing character could result in the loss of your funds. Alternatively, you can scan the provided QR code with your mobile wallet to automatically load the correct address.

  2. Correct network: Sending the correct coin to the right address but on the wrong network can result in the loss of your funds. For example, we support USDT on the ERC-20 network. If you mistakenly send USDT on the BEP-20 network to the address provided, those funds will be lost. Always double-check the network before confirming your transaction.

  3. Minimum deposit: Each currency has a minimum deposit requirement. Ensure that the amount you're sending exceeds this minimum, taking into account that some exchanges may deduct withdrawal fees from the amount you send. Always verify that the final amount received at the deposit address is greater than the minimum required.

  4. Destination tag (memo): Certain currencies, like XRP, require the use of a memo or destination tag when making a deposit. When sending XRP, the exchange or wallet you're using will ask for both an address and a destination tag (or memo). It's essential to enter the memo or destination tag provided by us when you send XRP. Failing to include this information may result in your deposit being lost.

After submitting your deposit on the blockchain, please allow some time for it to be fully confirmed. Once the deposit is confirmed, it will be credited to your wallet automatically.

If you encounter any issues with your cryptocurrency deposit, please contact our support team and provide them with the transaction ID. You can find this transaction ID in the withdrawal history of the exchange or wallet from which you sent the funds.
