What is a tip?
A tip is a voluntary amount of money you choose to send to show appreciation for someone’s service or entertainment. It is not a wager and has no effect on game outcomes. Tips are simply a way to thank live dealers, hosts, or streamers for their work and are completely optional.
How to send a tip?
To send a tip to another player, simply follow the steps outlined below.
Step 1.
Open your wallet and go to the Tip section.
Step 2.
Enter the username of the player you want to tip, choose the amount, and then click Send Tip.
Step 3.
Review the username and amount to ensure everything is correct, then click Confirm to send the tip.
Once your tip is sent, you will receive a confirmation.
A message will also appear in the live chat showing your tip. If you prefer not to display your username, you can set your profile to Private.
What can cause a tip to fail to be sent?
There are a few reasons why a tip may fail. For example:
The username you entered does not exist.
The tip amount is higher than your available balance.
Please also note that any tips you send are deducted from your withdrawal limit.
