KYC level 3 is an extra step to verify your account and provide a proof of address. This is a complete guide on how to complete it.
Step 1.
To continue with your KYC verification process, navigate to your profile settings by clicking on your username in the top-right corner of the page.
Step 2.
In the "Verify Information" section, select "Level 3" to begin the verification process. Make sure to have your document ready to upload.
Step 3.
Select the type of document you wish to submit.
On PC you can drag the file of the document and drop it in the designated box, or click on it to browse your PC and select the document.
You can also continue on mobile in order to be able to submit a picture of your document.
Step 4.
You can submit one of the following document type:
Bank letter
Bank statement
Mortgage Payment / Passbook
Home phone, internet, or TV bill
Water, electricity or gas bill
Other utility provider
Letter or notification from government agencies
Certificate of voter registration
Tax assessment
Temporary registration sheets / Affidavit / Vehicle registration certificate
Rent bills from real estate agencies
A document from the employer confirming the address / Home purchase deed
Identity document with address
All documents must contain your full name and must not be older then 3 month.
Step 5.
Now you just need to wait for your document to be processed and reviewed, the process is quite fast and if your verification gets rejected you can resubmit a different document.
