To deposit, withdraw, or perform any operations involving fiat currencies, completing KYC Level 2 is mandatory. Identity verification is required to access these features and fully utilize your account.
Follow the steps below to complete the KYC process for your account.
Step 1.
To continue with your KYC verification process, navigate to your profile settings by clicking on your username in the top-right corner of the page.
Step 2.
In the "Verify Information" section, select "Level 2" to begin the verification process. Make sure to have your document on hand as you will need to take live image of it to submit.
Step 3.
Select the issuing country of your document you are submitting.
Select the type of document you are submitting.
Step 4.
Here you are given the option to upload the image of your document via computer or mobile.
You will need to take live picture of your document, so if your computer does not have a camera, you can continue on your phone and this way you can use your phone camera to scan the document.
If you select to "Continue on Phone" you will be given a QR code, or a link in which you can scan the QR code with your phone's camera, or copy the link and paste it in your mobile browser to continue.
Step 5.
In the next steps you will be required to:
Take a live picture of your document front side
Take a live picture of your document back side
Perform a "Live Check" where you will need to take a live selfie video.
Once you have completed all the steps above, your verification will be submitted and it might take up to 1 hour for the process to be completed.
